Here we marinate tofu cubes in soy sauce and lime juice with a touch of toasted sesame oil, then roast them--perfect tofu every time.
Recipe:
1 block extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp garlic hot sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning
How to:
Preheat oven to 400F. Once tofu is pressed, cut into cubes. In a bowl combine all ingredients except tofu and mix together evenly. Add in tofu and with a spatula toss together until tofu is fully coated. Place tofu on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven for about 25 minutes.
